Ingredients
2 oz. tequila
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. triple sec
Recipe
Add all ingredients over ice and shake. Pour into salt-rimmed glass and top with Rosa Regale Sparkling Red. Garnish with a sliced strawberry.
Grapefruit Rosé Spritz
Ingredients
1 oz. Orange Liqueur.
1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice.
2 oz. Club Soda
Recipe
Shake all ingredients except Rosa Regale Sparkling Rosé with ice and strain over fresh ice. Top with Rosa Regale Sparkling Rosé and garnish with mint and orange peel.

Fresh muddles strawberries, raspberries and pineapple
Recipe
Mix together equal part chilled Rosa Regale and raspberry vodka along with fresh muddles strawberries, raspberries and pineapple. Serve over ice.

Rosa Regale Sparkling Red is a classic Banfi Piemonte wine from 100% Brachetto d’Acqui, an aromatic, ancient, and complex grape typical of the area. Sweet and sparkling with a lively and persistent perlage from the Charmat method. On the nose, romantic with hints of raspberries, strawberries and rose petals. On the palate, fresh raspberries, with crisp acidity, enticing the palate with an initial softness, graduating to a clean and dry finish. Pairs well with food, cheeses, spicy fare and chocolate. Serve chilled.

Rosa Regale Sparkling Rosé is a sweet sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage. Made from the Brachetto grape in Piedmont, northern Italy, Rosa Regale has a soft pink color, with hints of grapefruit and orange blossom on the nose with well-balanced sweetness, fresh acidity, and melon notes on the palate. Rosa Regale’s complex finish makes it a perfect pairing for pastries and cheeses & charcuterie.
